Personal Photography Preferences
Note that I do not provide the following photography services:
boudoir, maternity, infant, nude, or lingerie.
Sickness Guidelines
I am not requesting proof of vaccination. If you are feeling sick or experiencing covid symptoms/have not fully healed before our photography, we will reschedule.
Please gather additional photos and references that inspire you for your shoot. You can create a mood board on Pinterest or create a collage by editing the images. This will assist me in bringing your vision to life. It is recommended to make your booking 2-4 weeks prior to your desired posting or launch date. However, please note that if you do not communicate your specific post or launch date at the time of booking, the exact date of receiving your final gallery may vary depending on my schedule. When it comes to the shoot itself, please ensure that you arrive at the agreed-upon location at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled shoot time. If the shoot is taking place on-site, please be dressed and prepared for the session. It's important to note that any time used for wardrobe changes, makeup/hair touch-ups, or other preparations that overlap with our scheduled start time will not result in an extension of the overall shoot time.
Before the Shoot
Watermark Policy
All of the photographs will have a watermark. Please do not tamper with it. All photographs during the preview gallery will have a larger watermark on it until it is ready for download.
Communication
It is recommended that we communicate primarily via email. If you have any questions, updates, or additional ideas regarding your photoshoot, please do not hesitate to contact Suma! Please provide Suma with an estimated arrival time if you are running late, or if there are any emergencies. DMs can be used for this purpose
No non-biodegradable confetti, glitter, body oils. No smoking
Guidelines
I will assume the role of guiding you (and your group) in terms of posing and proposing innovative choices. I might seek your permission to record footage for promotional purposes and offer assistance in setting up your phone to capture behind-the-scenes moments. You are welcome to bring along a couple of friends to support you during the shoot.
During the Shoot
A 10-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD will be granted for all bookings to ensure your safe arrival at the designated location for the photoshoot. Any delay beyond the grace period will incur an additional charge of $20, which will be added to your final payment. Once you arrive, the remaining time of your scheduled slot will be allocated for the shoot without any extensions. If you cancel or reschedule your session on the day of the appointment, resulting in a new date and time, a fee of $50 will be imposed to compensate for the loss of time and the availability slot that could have been booked by another client. An invoice will be sent to the email provided during the booking process. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me at least 4 days in advance, unless there are circumstances related to possible exposure to or symptoms of COVID-19, or a positive COVID-19 test. In such cases, for your safety, please stay home and inform me at least 2 hours before your scheduled session.

Payments
In order to secure a booking, a non-refundable 50% deposit must be made by Zelle. Deposits are applied to the cost of your session on the day of inquiry to secure your preferred date and time. We will send you a detailed invoice via email for the final payment.
Please let me know if there are any additional photographs you'd like me to finalize after seeing and discussing your preview gallery! I charge $5 every additional photo. Before providing you your final gallery, I'll send you a payment invoice via email for the additional photographs.
Additional Photographs
I will accept your final payment using cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. The photographs we capture will undergo a culling process based on factors such as lighting, photo quality, and the successful execution of poses. These selected photos will then undergo color grading and be placed in a private album. In this album, you will have the opportunity to indicate your preference by "hearting" a certain number of photos according to your chosen package. Once you have completed the selection process by "hearting" your favorite photos, I will be notified. I will proceed to retouch the images, including tasks such as skin touch-ups, removal of unwanted background objects, and smoothing textures. If you wish to "heart" additional photos beyond the allotted quantity, there will be an additional charge of $5 per photo. Feel free to continue selecting your favorites by "hearting" them. I will generate an invoice for you to settle before delivering the finalized images. These finalized images will be made available for download in a private album.
